“Villa Residence” continues development of the modern district “Krtsanisi Villa Residence”. We build the residential district of premium class and modern design on Krtsanisi Street.

The new district includes 12 Ha in the historical and prestigious part of Tbilisi, on Krtsanisi Street. Krtsanisi Villa Residence is only in 6 kilometers from the Liberty Square and in 17 kilometers from the airport and there is a beautiful panoramic views over the city from this territory.

Completely our high-qualified design group worked on the conception and design of the new district. Our innovative project is a new word in Tbilisi, offering the modern people the possibility of relations and comfortable environment on the district territory.

The district was planned with multi-functional infrastructure and distinguished landscape design under the shared vision. The territory, along with the residential space, includes the educational, sport, recreation and entertainment infrastructure.

70% of the district is the recreation area, around and adjacently of which there is a swimming pool, fitness halls, mini golf squares, tennis courts, football and basketball squares. This project also includes the commercial building, with a huge hypermarket, cafes, saloons, shops, working areas, closed swimming pool and fitness center.

While planning the project a special attention was paid to four main aspects: comfort, safety, ecology and adaptation.
